In response to the small number of women who end up in engineering careers, Kewaskum High School in Wisconsin is offering the first-ever girls-only engineering class in the state to help encourage more women to enter the engineering field. "I don't necessarily think we have failed if they don't go into engineering as a career. But I think we would be failing if we didn't provide them with an opportunity to explore it," said Patrick Moerchen, who helped develop the class.
