The Grand Teton Distillery in Idaho plans to double the size of its distillery, including the addition of new automated bottling equipment, wine storage pallet racks and the launch of a new white whiskey called Teton Moonshine to be offered in a variety of flavors, such as Huckleberry and Apple Pie Spice. The distillery is also set to introduce its first flavored vodka next month, a Russian-style cherry infusion. "We expect to triple our production next year, and will use well over 500,000 pounds of raw potatoes," said owner Lea Beckett.
