Students expecting to earn an MBA by 2015 should begin thinking of their career search now, writes Roxanne Hori, associate dean of corporate partnerships at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. In this blog post, Hori advises students to take advantage of their school's career center and attend workshops on job-search strategies. "Knowing who you are, your interests and strengths, and how those match up with the career path(s) you've identified is critical to success in the search," Hori writes.
