Tokyo Electric Power should decommission reactors 5 and 6 of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said. The reactors didn't suffer meltdowns during the 2011 incident and have achieved cold shutdowns, but TEPCO has yet to decide on their fates. "I want a decision to be reached on the scrapping of the Nos. 5 and 6 reactors so that TEPCO focuses on accident-response matters," Abe said.
