Rep. Rick Nolan, D-Minn., and Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., made a joint announcement at Cirrus Aircraft in Duluth that the 2013 General Aviation Revitalization Act has bipartisan support in Congress. The bill passed the Commerce Committee and now heads to the House floor. When it reaches the Senate, Klobuchar said, "we hope to hotline it, which is a government term for getting things done unanimously."
