An estimated 59% of endometrial cancer cases could be averted if women exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes regularly and maintain a healthy weight, according to a report from the American Institute for Cancer Research and the World Cancer Research Fund International. A daily cup of coffee, with caffeine or without, was linked to a 7% lower risk of endometrial cancer, while the risk rose with greater intake of foods that are high on the glycemic index.
