The small-business portal includes a broker-finder tool, a calculator that determines whether a given small business qualifies to use the exchange and choices regarding individual and family coverage. Employers will need to enter specific employee data, including names, birth dates, Social Security numbers and hire dates, and the exchange will notify employees of coverage via e-mail.
