The retail component of San Francisco's Ghirardelli Square has traded for $54 million. Atlanta-based Jamestown, which also owns Chelsea Market in New York, is the buyer of the 100,394-square-foot retail portion. It is 55% leased, and Jamestown hopes to amp up the center's restaurant options. Jamestown also plans to invest $15 million in storefront, signage and plaza upgrades.
