South Korea greeted the U.S. Federal Reserve's decision to retain its bond buying at the current level but said tapering of the program remains an issue of concern. "There is a positive aspect of less shock for emerging countries thanks to a delay in tapering, but we should stay cautious against future developments," said Finance Minister Hyun Oh-seok, who agreed that Seoul should remain on alert for future developments.
