Faced with students -- or customers -- who are picky eaters, school nutrition professionals in a Washington state district say they are catering to students' tastes to make healthier meals more appealing. Nutrition professionals say the approach has been successful so far, with students eating new options such as selections from the pasta bar, fresh-made waffles and made-to-order omelets.
