HHS and top Obama administration officials met Wednesday with CEOs of about 12 insurance firms to discuss the Affordable Care Act's faulty enrollment system. The meeting addressed the system's troubles producing accurate enrollment information for participating insurers and problems that emerge as consumers try to skip the federal website and go directly to insurers. "The CEOs were able to provide an on-the-ground perspective of how open enrollment is proceeding," America's Health Insurance Plans spokesman Robert Zirkelbach said.
