Microsoft's Windows 8.1 will be used in two new 8-inch tablets with Intel's quad-core "Bay Trail" processor. Acer says its Iconia W4 will start at $330 for 32 gigabytes of storage, with front- and rear-facing cameras and 1280-by-800-pixel resolution. Lenovo says its Miix2 tablet will have the same camera and display specs and will cost $299. Separately, Microsoft has delayed the release of its $1,299 Surface Pro 2 tablet until mid-December, according to its online sales site.
