For the second time this year, the Asian Development Bank has scaled back its forecast for China's growth, to 7.6% from a projection of 8.2% in April. ADB cites the government's program of economic rebalancing and efforts to address credit bubbles for the prospect of more modest gains, which are expected to extend into 2014, when annual growth is pegged at 7.4%.
