Amazon has opened a 40,000-square-foot fashion studio in Brooklyn, N.Y., where photographers can produce more than 19,000 still and video images daily for the online retailer's fast-growing fashion business. "We want to be a great department store, like Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom and Saks," Amazon Fashion President Cathy Beaudoin said. "But what we have that they don't have is unlimited shelf space."
