The Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences this summer invited new members that will boost its gender and racial diversity, but the organization has work left to do in order to become more inclusive, said Cheryl Boone Isaacs, the first woman president of AMPAS in 30 years. "There are more opportunities now, but we have a long, long way to go in Hollywood," Boone Isaacs said.
