Nestlé's Butterfinger will take on Reese's next year with a new peanut butter cup product, and it will use a Super Bowl ad to launch the line extension. The Super Bowl ad is still being developed, but the company won't be using longtime cartoon pitchman Bart Simpson for it, instead opting for "something much more broad than going back to the Simpsons, which are a little old," said Butterfinger Brand Manager Jeremy Vandervoet.
