Starbucks is not resting on successes, CEO Howard Schultz says. The chain focused on global expansion and a wider-ranging menu that will make Starbucks a destination all day, not just for morning coffee. "I'm making sure that we don't get seduced or intoxicated with either short-term results or short-term wins and that we're in this to build a great, enduring company," Schultz says.
