The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's Eric Reusch says the agency isn't trying to eliminate dealer compensation or force lenders to change to flat fees. Even as the agency scrutinizes policies for disparate impact, dealers have options for staying with dealer reserve, Jim Henry writes.
