Most large employers will offer consumer-directed health plans within the next five years, according to an Aon Hewitt report. The survey of more than 800 employers with 500 or more employees found that 56% already offer a CDHP and an additional 30% are considering doing so within the next three to five years. Most employers in the survey offer low-deductible plans, but 10% offer only a high-deductible plan.
