More cleaning product manufacturers and cleaning services are using green products to bolster their sustainability platforms. Sustainability is no longer seen as an optional feature that companies can use to differentiate themselves from the competition, according to the European Cleaning Journal. "Environmental focus is increasingly becoming a major driver and will ultimately become the cleaning industry standard," said Ecover's Lies Marijnissen, noting products the company makes that are more concentrated and require less water and packaging materials.
