The dramatically changing regulatory landscape means that employers need more assistance than ever to manage their retirement plans, according to experts participating in an industry panel discussion on the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, which applies to private-sector retirement plans. "We can't hire people fast enough to keep up with demand," said Jania Stout, a retirement plan consultant for the Fiduciary Consulting Group of PSA Financial Services.
