"Your face and neck muscles need to be exercised just like any other part of your body if you want them to be strong and healthy. As they become stronger, they're lifted and firmed, tautening the skin around them and reducing your lines and wrinkles. Essentially, it's a natural face-lift," said Danielle Collins, a yoga instructor.
