Senate Intelligence Committee Chairwoman Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., and Sen. Saxby Chambliss, R-Ga., are close to hashing out the Senate's version of the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act. The measure would increase information sharing between the government and the private sector to prevent cyberattacks. "If we had not been interrupted by the [National Security Agency] revelations by Mr. Snowden and the need for [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act] reform, I think we probably would have been there because that was next on our plate," Chambliss said.
