Italian candy giant Ferrero has consolidated all of its global media-buying and -planning with Omnicom Group, which will handle business in the U.S., the U.K., Australia and Russia. Ferrero spent $59.2 million on U.S. media in 2012, less than half of what it spends globally, sources say. The company manufactures candy and confections including Ferrero Rocher, Nutella and Tic Tac.
