Flip Burger Boutique, the Atlanta better-burger eatery launched in 2008 by "Top Chef" Season 4 contestant Richard Blais, has since grown to three locations and is looking to expand into a 200-unit regional chain under CEO and former P.F. Chang's operating chief Rick Tasman. Gourmet offerings like the Osso Bucco Burger will feature prominently on the menu, but Tasman also aims to diversify the offerings with bar appetizers and snacks that will raise the average check without a price increase.
