Game developers seeking a hit should think globally, said Flurry CEO Simon Khalaf at GamesBeat 2013. "If you think of mobile, it's really shattered borders. You cannot think of the U.S., Europe, and China as being separate countries [if you're a developer]." Khalaf added that people react similarly to games, regardless of where they live, and recommended that developers zero in on a persona, not a country.
