The U.S. government's push to clear logjams in the Affordable Care Act's online insurance exchanges achieved modest success Wednesday with strong traffic and long waits continuing on the system's second day. HHS has not reported how many consumers have been able to sign in, but they continued to experienced malfunctioning Web pages and messages telling them to try again later. Supporters said high traffic suggested solid interest in the exchanges.
