If you have to deliver a speech to a big crowd, it's critical to be energetic, tell an interesting narrative and structure ideas in a sensible manner, writes Mark Suster. In addition, you'll want to learn as much as you can about your audience and practice your delivery in front of other people. "Ask them to be harsh," he advises.
