Fifteen school districts in Indiana on Tuesday filed a lawsuit against several federal agencies in U.S. District Court seeking release from mandates imposed by the federal Affordable Care Act. The districts argue -- with the support of the state's attorney general -- they should not be required to pay penalties under the law for failing to provide health benefits to employees working at least 30 hours each week because it infringes on state budgets and individual liberties.
