The Marcellus Shale Coalition has named former Chesapeake Energy executive David Spigelmyer as its new president, replacing Kathryn Klaber. Spigelmyer, who was vice president of Chesapeake's Appalachia division, said he will continue to promote the benefits associated with natural gas drilling in Pennsylvania. "We've gone from producing 25 percent of the natural gas the state uses to producing 10 percent of what America consumes," he said.
