A Moody's Investors Service report says five Italian banks, including Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, likely will face a capital shortfall when the European Central Bank conducts a stress test of eurozone lenders. "It will be challenging for these banks to close capital shortfall with private resources, which raises the possibility of a public intervention and ultimately a bail-in," according to the credit rating agency.
