The Carnegie Science Center in Pittsburgh for the first time will host an energy-career summit for high-school students. Students will meet with energy-industry professionals and learn about careers and the educational paths to reach those careers. "It's one of the defining issues of our time, and our students need to be prepared both as the future workforce and as informed citizens of the 21st century," Linda Ortenzo, director of STEM programs at the Science Center.
