Nestlé has changed the formula of Kit Kat's wafer filling to reduce the product's saturated fat content by 0.4 grams for each two-finger bar. The improved nutritional profile will not affect the quality and taste of Kit Kats, the company said. "Kit Kat is our biggest confectionery brand and therefore the obvious choice to identify a sat-fat reduction," said Ciaran Sullivan, managing director of Nestlé Confectionery. The company also recently reduced the portion size of many of its products.
