The Retale website will aggregate up to 25 weekly print circulars for retailers such as Target, RadioShack and Macy's, coupling them with digital features such as video to promote items. The effort is intended to allow the retailers to draw more revenue from print circulars, which have declined in circulation along with newspapers but still account for 60% to 70% of retailers' marketing budgets, according to a 2011 Nielsen study.
