Scratch Wireless has joined FreedomPop in offering "free" voice and data service to those on Wi-Fi networks and a $269 Android-powered Motorola Photon II. The startup has linked with Sprint's network and is selling daily and monthly subscriptions with a 30-day plan -- 250 minutes of talk and 200 MB of data -- for $15 per service -- for those who need to get service via a cellular network.
