A shiny little beetle, a tiny golden tetra fish and a chocolate-colored frog that will have Harry Potter fans jumping for joy are among the 60 possible new species discovered in southeast Suriname. Several insects, a snake, 11 fish and six kinds of frogs have been found during the South American expedition by Conservation International. "With many frog species rapidly disappearing around the globe, we were surprised and uplifted to discover so many frogs potentially new to science," said expedition member Trond Larsen.
