A Wall Street Journal analysis of data from the 14 states running their own online health insurance marketplaces shows that 38,000 people have enrolled in plans and that more than 100,000 have completed applications. Washington state has the most enrollees, with about 25,000, while New York has the most completed applications, with 40,000. The data indicate interest in the exchanges, but show a long road ahead for reaching much of the uninsured population.
