The U.S. House of Representatives voted 417-3 in favor of a bill that authorizes water-related infrastructure projects in the U.S., including more than $800 million for flood-protection projects in Moorhead, Minn., and Fargo, N.D. Meanwhile, the White House said that President Barack Obama supports the bill and "would like to work with Congress on authorizations of projects and studies that provide high economic and environmental returns to the Nation."
