A deeper look into recent studies on why employee wellness programs fail suggests the average company may not have the right wellness provider, says Joe Miller of Wellness Research Institute. Failing to create an internal corporate wellness strategy also can limit success, and Miller said employees need to "feel like they are part of the solution, be incented to make healthy decisions and be rewarded for encouraging others to get involved as well."
