Benjamin Franklin would never have achieved all that he did -- as an inventor, printer, diplomat or patriot -- if he'd been satisfied with his success, says Jeff DeGraff. Would-be innovators should cultivate the same kind of restless dissatisfaction, DeGraff argues. "I think it's an absolute gift that we never really get there because that's what pulls us forward," he says.
