Fitness buffs are trading in the hour-long group classes rife with props such as balance balls and body bars for simple exercises using body weight that run only 30 minutes long. "With every minute taken up by social media, and people never out of a working state, (shorter workouts are) a way for people to get these workouts in," says Donna Cyrus, senior vice president of programming for Crunch Fitness.
