The Congressional Budget Office has released a report suggesting more than 100 options for reducing budget deficits, including suggestions for trimming military and veterans benefits. Its budget-cutting recommendations regarding active military members and veterans include capping military pay raises at 0.5% below civilian wage growth, raising Tricare fees and tightening the VA's "individual unemployability" benefit.
