Middle schools in Bismarck, N.D., have started a computer literacy class for sixth-graders to teach them 21st century skills. In the class, students work collaboratively to create digital projects -- including a comic strip and a video about Mesopotamian culture -- for core classes, such as social studies and language arts. "We're living in such a digital world and this brings the digital world, if you will, into the classroom," teacher Chad Even said.
