Congress is expected to address two Republican measures next week that would stop the Interior Department from regulating oil and natural gas hydraulic fracturing. The House is expected to discuss a bill by Rep. Bill Flores, R-Texas, that would keep Interior from enforcing regulations in states with their own rules, as well as a proposal by Rep. Doug Lamborn, R-Colo., to make applying to drill on federal lands easier and faster.
