Delta Air Lines' purchase of custom kiosks at John F. Kennedy International Airport has paid off, experts say. The kiosks have more than halved average wait times at the airport to 16.6 minutes in October, down from 34.9 minutes in the same month of last year. "Cutting wait times in half is dramatic early evidence that automated kiosks work in relieving the unacceptably long wait times JFK has experienced," said Joe Sitt, chairman of Global Gateway Alliance.
