Hotel revenues in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, rose 17.1% to $4.16 billion during the first nine months of 2013, according to data from Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing. Average occupancy rose 3.1%, to 78.6%, from the same time period last year. Hotels and hotel apartments welcomed 7.9 million visitors during the period, up 9.8% on a year-over-year basis.
