ESPN isn't look to stray from its core sports focus by adding the political website FiveThirtyEight to its holdings, ESPN President John Skipper said during an industry event. "The material business of ESPN is going to be in sports," Skipper said. The sports giant is open to other "unique opportunities," but Skipper pointed out that neither Grantland, its pop culture-sports site, nor FiveThirtyEight is branded as an ESPN property.
