Strategy games like Mind Lab and Minecraft are being used at one Florida school to teach problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Mind Lab has been part of the school's curriculum for five years, and Minecraft was added this year as an after-school program to teach technology and engineering. "Bringing tools such as Minecraft and Mind Lab to students enables us to use games to show students that there are many different ways to solve a problem," geometry teacher Matt Munro said.
