Two math teachers at a Minnesota school are using a flipped-classroom model to help their students work at their own pace and get extra help during class. Students log in to a website each week where they access their video assignments and then work on problems in groups during class. "Now with these new classes you have more time to look at the process of how kids are learning -- what they are doing, where and how they are messing up or not understanding," math teacher Tom Ahrendt said.
