Google is introducing a production-ready cross-browser and open-source software development kit for structured Web applications called Dart SDK. Google says the toolkit will make development workflow "simpler, faster, and more scalable." In other news, Google has been granted permission by the Federal Communications Commission to publish a database of all the television broadcast spectrum "white spaces" that exist between licensed channels. "That will allow would-be networkers to identify unused TV spectrum in their area and stake a claim on the airwaves," Kevin Fitchard writes.
